Welcome to NAQSHAN. By visiting our website, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before ordering.

1. General

NAQSHAN sells ready-made canvas art prints. These Terms, along with our Return & Refund Policy and Privacy Policy, govern your use of our website and any purchase made from us. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time; continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

2. Orders & Acceptance

  • Placing an order is an offer to buy; it is not confirmed until we accept it (via order confirmation message/call).
  • We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion – including for suspected fraud, repeated Cash-on-Delivery refusals, pricing errors.
  • Order details (size, frame, quantity) are the customer’s responsibility to verify before confirming – once production begins, changes may not be possible.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in PKR and are subject to change without prior notice.
  • We accept Cash on Delivery (with 20% advance payment), online payment and bank transfer.
  • Customers with a history of refused Cash-on-Delivery orders may be required to prepay for future orders.

5. Product Variation Disclaimer

Due to differences in screen calibration and the nature of canvas printing, slight variation in color, texture, or shade between the digital preview and the final printed product is normal and is not considered a defect. See our Return & Refund Policy for what qualifies as a defect.

6. Delivery

  • Delivery timelines communicated are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by courier delays outside our control.
  • Risk of loss/damage passes to the customer upon delivery, except where a defect is reported per our Return & Refund Policy.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details; delays or failed delivery due to incorrect information provided by the customer are not NAQSHAN’s responsibility.

7. Returns & Refunds

Governed entirely by our separate Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NAQSHAN’s total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g. loss of enjoyment, gifting delays).

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
